Wrap the tape under your armpits, across the fullest part of your chest. Keep it snug but not tight. Breathe normal.
Shoulder
From the tip of one shoulder to the other, measured across the back. Useful only if you want a "true fit" check — our oversized fits are forgiving.
Length
From the highest point of your shoulder, straight down to where you want the tee to end. Most people prefer mid-hip.
Measure over innerwear, not over jeans or track pants. Accurate numbers = zero size regret.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — about one inch above your belly button. Keep the tape level.
Hip
Around the fullest part of your hips — usually 7-8 inches below your waist. Stand with feet together for this one.
Inseam (Length)
