Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
You may return or exchange any item within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Custom-printed or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective.
How It Works:
Initiate a Request: Email us at support@ooltaseedha.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and a picture of the product (if applicable).
Self-Ship the Item:
You will be required to courier the item to us using any reliable courier service.
The product must be dispatched within 7 days of receiving it.
Once dispatched, share the tracking ID and courier partner details with our support team.

Processing the Return/Exchange:
Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will initiate:
Exchange: Dispatch of your replacement product.
Return: Refund to the original payment method (or store credit, based on your preference), No returns for COD orders.
Processing may take 5–7 working days after product receipt.
Important Notes:
Reverse pickup is not available at this time.
Oolta Seedha is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, so we recommend using a trackable courier service.
For sizing or style issues, exchanges are accepted (as per stock availability).
